Schedule of Events:

6:00 PM: Doors open, Check-in, Appetizers, Silent Auction, and Raffles

7:15 PM: Silent Auction & Raffle Games End

7:30 PM: Prayer, Table Release for Dinner, Announce Silent Auction &Raffle Winner

8:30 PM: Live Auction Begins

9:30 PM: Live Auction Ends, Check-Out Opens 

10:30 PM: Last Call

 

Frequently Asked Questions:

What should I expect when I arrive at the event?

When you arrive, please head to the registration table to check in and verify your contact information and credit card information. You will receive an auction program with your bidder number for live auction.

What should I wear?

Attire should match the theme, which is casual "Masquerade". Embracing the vibrant Mardi Gras colors of purple, green, and gold. Wear comfortable, festive party attire and don't forget your decorative mask!

Don't get stressed, its suppose to be fun!

How does Seating work?

Event sponsors will have tables reserved with their respective sponsorship identification.

Under the “Event Registration & Tickets”, you can purchase a ‘Table of 8’ at regular event pricing to reserve a table for you and your friend at the same price as 8 individual tickets.

All other event guests can enjoy open-seating at the event. 

How can I participate or donate if I cannot attend in-person?

  • Mail a check to St. John Vianney School "Attn: Auction" and please add "Auction Donation" in the Memo line.
  • Make an online donation through the website.
  • In-kind donations are always welcomed and appreciated!
  • Purchase a "Friends of SJV" sponsorship
