What should I expect when I arrive at the event?
- When you arrive, please head to the registration table to check in and verify your contact information and credit card information. You will receive an auction program with your bidder number for live auction.
What should I wear?
- The auction theme is “Seas the Day”, which is meant to put off a beach theme!
- Embrace the island vibes and dress for a fun night out at the beach.
- Wear your most comfortable beach attire. Hawaiian or floral shirts and sandals/flip-flops are encouraged. Don't get stressed, its suppose to be fun!
How does Seating work?
- Event sponsors will have tables reserved with their respective sponsorship identification.
- Under the “Event Tickets”, you can purchase a ‘Table of 8’ at regular event pricing to reserve a table for you and your friend at the same price as 8 individual tickets.
- All other event guests can enjoy open-seating at the event.

- How can I donate if I cannot attend in-person?
- We offer several ways to support if you are unable to attend:
- Mail a check to St. John Vianney School "Attn: Auction" and please add "Auction Donation" in the Memo line.
- Make an online donation through the website.
